Third Quarter Report is Looking Good!

  The numbers are in for the third quarter of the residential real estate market in Garland County, Arkansas.   Compared to last year’s market, residential sales are up 19%, and inventory is still dropping … down 2% since last month.   This is great news with the pendulums still swinging in the right direction.   While overall sales are up for the year, sales for September did drop 24% compared to August – yet we still had a much better September this year as opposed to last September with those numbers at 107 homes sold vs. 78 homes sold.  We’re not fretting over this, as it’s very typical for our resort market to see sales slow down a bit after Labor Day. August 2013 Market Update Report

The numbers are in for August for the residential real estate market in Garland County, Arkansas and it has brought some exciting changes.  Compared to last year’s market, residential sales are up 18%.  While sales are rising, inventory is still dropping - down 3% since last month, and August sales jumped 38% over last month with the biggest increase shown in single  family homes sold under $150,000.  Every month we publish a Market Update Report to keep our clients, friends and potential clients up-to-date on the constant changes in our real estate market here in Hot Springs.  It is part of our commitment to regularly stay in touch with people who are important to us and keep them at the forefront of our market. Headed Toward a Seller's Market
