The numbers are in for July for the residential real estate market in Garland County, Arkansas and it shows that our market is still improving. Compared to last year’s market, residential sales are up 13%. While sales are rising, inventory is dropping (down 6% since last month), and it’s all GOOD! Below is an overview of the local market.
