August 2013 Market Update Report


The numbers are in for August for the residential real estate market in Garland County, Arkansas and it has brought some exciting changes.  Compared to last year’s market, residential sales are up 18%.  While sales are rising, inventory is still dropping - down 3% since last month, and August sales jumped 38% over last month with the biggest increase shown in single  family homes sold under $150,000.
