Caroline Acres is one of our personal favorite neighborhoods, and we have buyers from Texas who have also fallen in love with this neighborhood. This nice couple are ready to return home to Arkansas to prepare for their retirement years in the beautiful city of Hot Springs.  When they asked themselves that question "where do we want to spend our retirement", there was no doubt that it was Hot Springs.
